Silent Revolution Newsletter
(English)
http://silentrevolt.wordpress.com/
The vision and focus of Silent
Revolution is in the belief that all true Orthodox Christians, regardless of
their vocation, must be engaged in the very real spiritual and social battle
against the immaterial and material forces whose aim is our separation from
the Source of Life, our Heavenly Father through His Son our Lord Christ
Jesus and His Ever-holy Spirit. This is an all out war, no less than –though
with greater stakes– that of a national military action. It is truly a
revolution, an overthrow of the powers, thrones and principalities of the
evil one that seek to influence us directly and lure us through popular
culture. All God-loving true Orthodox Christians must be actively engaged in
this spiritual and cultural warfare. It is a silent revolution because the
battleground is within. It is our heart, the seat of our soul, where we must
fight to regain control and to give it over to the Divine Sovereignty of God
Himself. As the Sacred Scriptures says we must, take the Kingdom of God by
violence of ascetical labors, prayer, service to God by helping those in
need.

Milan Journal of Orthodox Pastoral Care
(English)
http://milanjournal.wordpress.com/
A new online journal by and
for the clergy, monastics and ministering laity in the Archdiocese of New
York & New Jersey (Synod of Milan) and open to all members of the Synod of
Milan. The Milan Journal will address all aspects of Pastoral Care,
its Scriptural and Patristic foundation, its traditional theology and
practice in the 21st century America, Serbia, South Africa and Western
Europe. The Milan Journal aims to encourage dialogue and creative
approaches within the framework of Traditional Orthodox Patristic and
Pastoral Theology. Areas of concern to be addressed -but not limited to-
parish life, domestic life of clergy families, family life of laity,
monasticism and pastoral care of pilgrims and oblates, health care, nursing
care, hospice, criminal justice/military chaplaincy, and other community
settings. Each of these areas possess wide possibilities of topics.

Emerge! Journal for an Orthodox Psychology
(English)
http://nastati.wordpress.com/
the official publication of
The Gregorian Fellowship for Orthodox Psychology. It is
our intent and purpose to distill, express and disseminate information and
articles within the realm of Orthodox Theology that presents the true sense
of a genuine “Psychology”. It is our hope that such an “Orthodox Christian
Psychology” shall prove useful in the therapeutic milieu beyond that
of pastor/parishioner or the elder/monk relationships. These dyads of
helping transcend the clinician/client relationship that secular psychology
has so often led astray. As for the Therapy of such an Orthodox Psychology,
we may be open to the integration of modalities and techniques from various
post-Freudian systems, in particularly those of the Existential
Psychotherapies. Such labor as this is akin to the Early Church Father’s
adaptation and transformation of ancient Greek Philosophies.

Notes from the Underground
(English)
http://news-nftu.blogspot.com/
"NFTU is an
independent online reporting page for news on True Orthodox Churches that
was started in Ipswich, MA, in 2004. Its focus is on objective news and
events in the various True Orthodox Churches as well as news and events that
have to do with ecumenism and the "official" Orthodox Churches."
Many
important changes have taken place in world of True Orthodoxy since 2007.
NFTU blog states, "And
this news needs to be addressed objectively and without favoritism to one
jurisdiction or another. (Excepting, of course, Gregory of Colorado, who is
his own jurisdiction, and one which has little to do with True Orthodoxy as
a whole.) And the need to address this objectively is still there. As a
matter of fact, one can say that the actual
reportage
on these matters has gotten consistently worse since we folded".
This blog is
maintained by the Rev. Reader Joseph Suaiden (USA).
